The booking form
The form asks for:
- your name
- an email address
- a number to reach you at
- what you want to work on, and whether you'd rather meet in person or online
- anything else you choose to add
It is relayed by Web3Forms (web3forms.com) straight to our inbox at [email protected]. We use it to call or write you back about a session, and for nothing else. We don't sell it, share it or add you to a mailing list.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Cookies can be set inside the booking calendar, where they are Calendly's rather than ours, and the booking calendar section covers them.
The video
The campus clip plays from this site, not from YouTube or another platform, so watching it sends nothing to a third party. The booking calendar is the exception, and it has a section of its own below.
The booking calendar
The calendar in the booking section is Calendly's, a scheduling company, and it is set to load from calendly.com only when you reach it. Loading it means your browser talks to calendly.com, the same as opening their site would, whether or not you book. A time you pick and anything you type into that frame, your name and email included, goes to Calendly and not through the booking form. The booking lands in Ali's calendar with the name and email on it. Calendly can also set its own cookies inside that frame, and shows its own notice about them.
What Calendly does with a booking is covered by its own privacy policy: calendly.com/privacy
Your details
Want what you sent us deleted, or corrected? Email [email protected] and we'll do it for anything in our inbox. A booking made on the calendar sits with Calendly, whose own privacy policy covers it.
